The Legends of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II to come to PS4 soon

For those gamers who returned to Thors Military Academy or just dived into the game for the first time on PlayStation 4 – you may want to pick up the pace as The Legends of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is rumored to come in May.

We heard before that the second installment of the game will be coming to PlayStation 4 and if an Amazon sales page is any true indication of when The Legends of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II game will release, go ahead and mark the calendars for May 7th but it’s also just a rumored release date as it’s still too early to tell.

But we do have a bit of a warning here on this one. We chatted with some industry insiders about this second installment and they’ve informed us that there isn’t an announced release date yet so you may have time.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II Relentless Edition is on its way to PlayStation 4 and has a bevy of awesome items included.
Trails II
The Relentless Edition is replete with a lot of goodies and XSEED Games even threw in another soundtrack as well as steelbook.
  • Physical copy of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II on PS4™ system
  • Ouroboros Emblem Pin
  • Musical Selections CD containing 23 full-length tracks
  • SteelBook® case featuring only artwork, with a separate outer package design

It’s also worth noting that for those who finished the exciting first installment will get a chance to port over a lot of data. Yes, those of you who slaved the countless hours (99 for my first playthrough) get a chance to experience Trails of Cold Steel II with a little bit of assistance.

I won’t go into too many details about the game but the added features that aren’t found in the PS3 or PSVita versions are nothing to scoff at.

This includes dual voiceovers for the first time in the series’ history, allowing players to enjoy the original Japanese voices for each of the games’ myriad characters. As well as the amazing English dub that includes nearly 5,000 additional English lines.
